THREE DAY CLASS
HANDS ON TRAINING
During this class you will be taught by Bobby Leatherwood & his two sons Jordan &
Jeremy Leatherwood the founders and creators of Old World Stone Countertops.
Day 1
Learn how to construct a countertop from the cabinets up. New construction or remodel
We will teach how to build the base, the internal structure and the different edge forms.
We will then teach how to pour and stamp using our Picassa Crete limestone counter mix. We will be working with the class on a real countertop as well as individual samples prepared by each student.
The first day will be the start of the vertical lessons as well. Complete training on our vertical shower installations and vertical carving.
Day 2
This will be an all day event on learning our system of staining, coloring and blending to create a realistic stone effect. We will spend as much time on this for each student as required. There will be three teachers so do not be concerned about not leaving without enough information to continue on with our techniques.
Day 3
This will be the day to learn different styles and types of seals. This is very important to learn so your stains and colors will be locked in and the finish will be tough enough to last a lifetime.
During each class, if time permits we will have a demonstration on our limestone vertical system for showers, backsplashes, columns, walls, and any other decorative application we can think of.
At the end of the three day class you will receive a certificate of completion from Picassa Crete as well as a complete training DVD and a training manual CD on our limestone countertop system.
This is a $650.00 value for free. This will help you to remember every step of our process to make sure you are confident to start your first job and continue with success.
The entire class with the DVD worth $650.00 is only $1250.00
